At ZIV APLICACIONES Y TECNOLOGÍA, S.L.U. (ZIV), cybersecurity is an essential aspect of the development, deployment and maintenance of our products and solutions.

The ZIV Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is responsible for coordinating the identification, assessment, investigation and management of security vulnerabilities affecting ZIV products, software and associated services.

The ZIV PSIRT serves as the central point of contact for customers, security researchers, partners and other stakeholders wishing to report potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
Through a coordinated vulnerability disclosure process (please read ZIV’s Vulnerability Disclosure Policy), ZIV aims to strengthen product security, minimize cybersecurity risks and provide customers with the information and guidance necessary to maintain secure and reliable systems.

Report a vulnerability

For reporting potential security vulnerabilities or security incidents affecting ZIV products, solutions and services, please contact the ZIV PSIRT. Reports may be submitted in English or Spanish. To protect sensitive information, encrypted communication using PGP is recommended.

The ZIV PSIRT will acknowledge received reports and coordinate their assessment and investigation with the relevant technical teams.
